In the Hindu religion and the Sanskrit, the importance of the people around us is outlined clearly and the order in which one should offer reverence. The order of importance a student or a child should hold of its mentors in life is stated as follows:
  1. Matha (Mother)
  2. Pitha (Father)
  3. Guru (Teacher)
  4. Deivam (God)

The role of a teacher is vital to society in any religion or culture

Annamalai University prides itself in employing some of the best talents in the world to guide its students. Our professors and teachers are dedicated to empowering the students with knowledge and hope. To us, it’s not the quantity that counts but the quality. By putting our students first, we instill quality and faith in the teaching system. To acknowledge this fact, the professors of AUCC and its teacher’s affiliated with AUCC are fully trained in their field and have an acquired skill to lead our students into the future
